NEW YORK — Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, David Beckham and Jessica Biel will help honor teenagers who are trying to help solve social problems in a Nickelodeon special.

The Teen Nick HALO Awards will air Nov. 6 with Nick Cannon as host. HALO stands for “helping and leading others.”

Gaga is honoring Emily-Anne Rigal. She’s a 17-year-old from Williamsburg, Va., who started the anti-bullying website and YouTube channel WeStopHate after she had to switch schools because she was bullied about her weight.

Gaga said Rigal has “strong convictions and a beautiful soul” and she took interest in her work because she feels passionate about anti-bullying efforts.

“I want families to take responsibility for raising their kids to honor one another,” Gaga said.

James O’Dwyer, 19, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., started a disaster relief effort for people in his city and surroundings hit hard by tornadoes in April. Swift took notice of his work.

Shanoah Washington, 18, escaped an area of gang violence in California when her grandmother moved her to St. Petersburg, Fla. A spoken word artist, she started Sista2Sista, a mentoring program to motivate young girls, an issue that Biel has taken interest in.

Beckham, a Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder, is paired with Kyle Weiss, 18, of Danville, Calif. A soccer fan, Weiss and his brother started FundAField, an organization that raises money to build soccer fields in developing countries in Africa. Nine have been built so far.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were spotted over Labor Day weekend in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, for a friend’s wedding, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Timberlake and Biel were with a group of their friends from the wedding and were spotted at The Tugboat, a popular local watering hole.

“The bar was packed on Saturday night, as it always is. Justin and Jessica were very much together, however, they were being very low key,” a server at The Tugboat told RadarOnline.com.

“Jessica’s hair was down, and she is beautiful. Justin was wearing a hat, and was by her side the entire night. Their group arrived around 10:30, and they stayed until 1 a.m. People in the bar definitely recognized them, but no one bombarded them.”

Justin and Jessica revealed they were in town for a friend’s wedding. “Jessica told me they were in town for a friend’s wedding, and that they both loved Steamboat Springs. She lamented how nice it was to be treated as a normal person, without the cameras around,” the waitress told RadarOnline.com.

Even though there was a very popular local band playing on Saturday, Timberlake, sadly, didn’t perform. “I think everyone was kind of hoping Justin would get up and perform with the band. One of the people in his group did get up with the band and played the bluegrass violin for a little bit. Justin and Jessica loved that, ” the staffer revealed.

Oh, how time flies! It was 15 years ago that WB soap 7th Heaven entered our homes and changed our lives forever, launching the careers of stars like Jessica Biel and sounding the death knoll for others (sorry, Barry Watson).

But we aren’t the only ones looking back on the show with fondness: In an exclusive interview with Snakkle, star Catherine Hicks reminisced about Jessica Biel early in her career, including the semi-nude shoot with Gear magazine that Jessica did intentionally to sabotage her run on 7th Heaven.

“Jessica was a fun tomboy, and very nice—a saint with the young girls who followed her and worshipped her,” Hicks told Snakkle. The two stars had a close relationship, and Catherine advised Jessica not to do the shoot. “I remember being maternal at the time, going, ‘Jessie, that’s a no-no.’ But I think she really wanted to break free.”

And, of course, the gamble paid off, since it helped to turn Jess into the superstar sex symbol she is today. “If you want to be a movie star, you do certain things along the way to make it,” Catherine said. “I think she gave a shocker to get herself on the map. And it worked!”

It’s great to hear from Catherine Hicks again! Gotta love Mama Camden !
