‘Nailed’ dodges bullet with funding deal June 4, 2008   - Posted by Stephen David O. Russell’s political comedy “Nailed” will resume filming Wednesday thanks to a late-breaking financing deal with Comerica Bank and the film’s financier, Capitol Films. Key cast members, including Jake Gyllenhaal, Jessica Biel and Catherine Keener, were en route to the South Carolina set Tuesday to begin shooting the next day. But the ultimate future of the film from the economically troubled Capitol remains uncertain. Sources say the Comerica financing, secured Monday, will help the film meet its projected $25 million budget and additional costs from a week of missed shooting days and union penalties. But some of the filmmakers aren’t sure if the funds will last through postproduction. Capitol’s head of business affairs, Ray Reyes, said the company’s fund deal with Comerica was based on “other guarantees” and was closed without a bond. “We do plan on bonding the film, and actually there’s work to be done on that, under a much more manageable scenario,” Reyes said. “We can hopefully close the bond after we have completed principal photography and without the pressure of shutdowns hanging over our heads.” - Read More Post Categories: Film News • Nailed

I read somewhere else that the setbacks left them 2 or 3 weeks behind schedule and that filming would rap up in July or August.

Justin Timberlake has a new roomie and according to a report from in Touch Timberlake can no longer call his house a bachelor pad, he’s asked his girlfriend, Jessica Biel, to move in! “Jessica is preparing to live in Justin’s Hollywood Hills home,” an insider tells In Touch. “They’re both really excited.” So, should we plan the wedding?

But before we march these two down the aisle the report details that the source says that the very sexy 26-year-old actress is also hanging on to her own Brentwood, Calif., digs. “Jessica’s giving the house to her parents and brother because she doesn’t want to sell it,” the insider adds.

It’s a big deal for Justin, 27, who has never taken this relationship step before, but the insider insists that he’s ready. “They’re definitely headed for marriage,” the insider says. “Moving in is just the beginning.” So how does the couple — who have been together since January 2007 — make it work?

“They avoid the spotlight as much as possible,” the insider adds. The couple has been apart while Jessica’s been filming in South Carolina. There’s plenty of room for Jess in Justin’s six-bedroom mansion.

Didn’t they report that she was moving in with him twice already before? I swear last year a magazine said Jessica had moved in with Justin, then another one reported it after that, yet we still kept seeing Jessica out and about near her Brentwwod house and Justin visiting there.

Dunno, just seems fishy, JT didn’t live with Cameron did he? and they dated for like 3 years.

I agree this Rumor was repeat two or three time already they even said the samething about Justin and Cameron moving in together and getting married I believe these are all lies / rumors to buy thier rag of a magazine

Yes, that story has been reported a few times already. I think In Touch has done it before and also other tabloids. I don’t think it’s true this time either. If they are sleeping over each other’s house for one night, that is one thing. And that might be what they are doing. But the tabloids are trying to spin it as moving in with each other. And that is something different.

Justin and Cameron probably did the same thing, sleep or stay over each other’s houses. But that doesn’t mean they moved in and lived together. Justin has also said that he likes living apart from his girlfriend (Cameron, at the time). And that having that space is better for the relationship.

I don’t think this is true, there was news about this earlier in the year as well. Justin didn’t live with Cameron and they dated alot longer. The only gf he’s lived with was Britney.

Does anyone know which Washington they are going to be filming in? DC or state? I hope they come to DC.

E! News didn’t say it was true. They are saying In Touch is their source but In Touch isn’t reliable. They are just repeating the rumor just like everyone else.
